Business Unit Head - Aerospace Sector (18-21 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Development of short term (operating) & long term (strategic) objectives, in accordance with knowledge of the external business environment & its dynamics, define and articulate the organization's business plan and budget and develops strategies for achieving the same.

- Develop strategies to improve customer service in regard to quality, delivery, cost, flexibility and velocity.

- Creates annual business plans suiting tomorrow's business environment in mind - tuned into the emerging external business environment which supports strategic direction and correlates with annual budgets

- Evolve the long-term vision and mission to succeed in the current national & international markets; provide leadership, communication and adequate information flow, and work towards aligning people to the company's vision.

- Establish favorable business relations to become the - service provider of choice- for key manufacturers

- Initiate strategic alignments and explore new business ventures with and /or tie-ups with complementary businesses and develop alliances with key stakeholders.

- Define business growth and achieve the same through organic growth, inorganic growth

- Partnerships with OEMs across the Globe

- Policy Advocacy

- New Growth areas

- Merger and Acquisitions

THE PERSON :

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ideally, Electronics Engineering graduate with an MBA

- More than 18 years of total work experience

- Strong experience in the Aerospace sector in organization (s) of repute
