Business Unit Compliance Officer - BFS (8-12 yrs)

The parameters of the role are as follows:-

- To oversee overall hygiene in the CB portfolio across all aspects

- To track credit reports & follow ups for timely closure viz. LRM / credit audits / renewals / deferrals / security / insurance exceptions etc.

- To track operational deferrals for closure on timely basis

- To interact with Ops / Credit / Compliance to assist RMs in specific matters

- To disseminate new regulations that impact CB business

- To work proactively with Credit to review parameters like RBP, unsecured advances, industry wise exposures, overall capital utilisation, tenor wise advances etc. with a view to reduce capital utilisations & improve overall returns

- To be up to date on all new emerging regulations pertaining to RBI, Basel, etc.

- To review matters like UWS, exceptions etc so as to look at SME & Midcorp programs with a view for ongoing improvements.

- To be the points person for MCC & to maintain regular trackers & follow ups & also data including trends, approvals, declines etc.

- To develop automated dashboards that enable better monitoring & compliance

- To be the points person for CB relating to portolio aspects like EWS / AL / WL

- To monitor overall NPA & provisions for CB on regular basis

- To be the front face of CB in all governance forums & also to work with auditors & the business teams on all audits

Skill set / experience:-

- Postgraduate

- Experience in credit / compliance / operations / audit

- Problem solving & solutioning attitude

- Keen eye for detail & numbers

- 8-12 years of experience
