Business Transformation Role - BFSI

Responsibilities :

- 15 years of experience in Project management

- Expertise in relationship building with different roles and level in the organization

- Institutional knowledge of Tax business would be an added advantage

- Project Management including project planning, execution, and monitoring

- Stakeholder Management

- People Management

- Country Transition experience

- The individual will play the role of a Program Manager in successful implementation and adoption of Tax Transformation initiatives in the countries shortlisted by the business.

- The role will require to work closely with the tax type lead and the country deployment lead. It will involve deployment discussions with the individual regions/countries.

- The objective of this role is to ensure smooth deployment of Tax Transformation initiative in the countries.

- Self-motivated individual ready to drive tax transformation initiatives

- Has the attitude to learn the new domain
