The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives in the organization. The role is part of the broader Strategic Enablement & Organization Transformation team to achieve Organizational Excellence through industry leading Improvement Practices, Governance, Controls and Innovation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the business transformation portfolio of programs in line with organization needs

- Enable and coach performance improvements of the top priority business goals as determined by the organization's leadership team (e.g.Operations, Sales) to achieve operational excellence.

- Single point of contact and gatekeeper in the organization driving the planning, coordination and execution of business transformation programs and projects, work with the leadership team to set the right priorities and sequence based on the business objectives and current level of maturity

- Successfully collaborate with core and extended teams across the enterprise for deployment of improvement and transformation Solutions by showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition

- Ensure that business transformation sticks in the organization through strong change management, embedding a strong continuous improvement mindset and sharing of best practices within and across the organization

- Process Mapping, Analysis and Optimization through leveraging industry best in class practices

- Support delivery of large scale initiatives that drive process / technology transformation, improve control and compliance and optimize the use of technology

- Establish end-to-end processes, controls, dashboards / metrics and requirements for sponsored projects

- Maintain awareness of new and emerging operating practices, technologies such as robotic automation, machine learning, mobility, artificial intelligence and dynamic analytics and the potential application on operations

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

- Post Graduates from Premier B- Schools with 10 years of experience in Business Management preferably in different roles and positions or consulting

- Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused project

- Good understanding of Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques

- Basic Business re-engineering knowledge

- Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques

- Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches

- Ability to work with senior leaders and across multiple stakeholders
