Business Transformation Management Officer - Hospital (5-9 yrs)
This person will be closely working with the Board and other Leadership people and will be leading group strategy formulation & execution, financial planning, MIS, performance management, fund raising & investor reporting and resolution of day to day operating issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and filtering of market insights/trends, and competitive information (strategies, moves, positioning, new offering, financial data, etc.
- Business and Operational Performance Analysis
- Annual Operating Plans & Budgets
- Strategizing Greenfield growth plans, acquisition deals, bed expansion plans, new medical programs
- Mapping competition, exploring industry trends and facilitating implementation of industry best practices across network
- Driving Mid-Term & Long-Term Strategy across the organisation
- Creating and driving Business agenda
- Devise strategic initiatives to optimize cost/processes and drive operational efficiency
