Job Title: Business Transformation Consulting- F&A- 10+Yrs.

Education: Top Notch MBA or CA

Domain Experience: 10 Years+

About the client: Client is a Tier 1, BPO leader in integrated end-to-end outsourcing and delivers transformational benefits to its clients through reduced costs, ongoing productivity improvements, and process reengineering.

You would be part of globally distributed team with Consultants spread across 3 key regions – North America, Europe and APAC. The thrust of the role is in ensuring that the client move at the speed of ever-changing business demands of their clients and deliver solutions that are relevant and effective. Business Transformation group focuses on driving process transformation through various inhouse and external established approaches such as Business Value Realization, Process harmonization, Six Sigma/Lean, etc.

Areas of Responsibility

- Lead design of service offerings and projects in the respective domain

- Work with Consultants/Sales in other geographies to identify prospective clients, understand client requirements and present solutions to clients

- Manage delivery of engagements / work streams at clients site

- Manage team of resources ( depending on scale) during engagements, guide the resources, monitor progress, keep all stakeholders informed and take ownership of deliverables

- Lead/ support ‘Go to Market’ activities for their service – continuous update of toolkits, creation of marketing collateral and supporting participation in marketing events, as and when required

Work experience

- Experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, process design, organizational transformation, change management

- Good understanding of F&A domain

- Project management of transformational programs

- Design and deployment of service delivery models in F&A domain

General Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Adaptability to work in ambiguous situations

- Relationship management

- Active learning and eye for detail.
