Business/Transaction Advisory Professional - Financial Consulting - CA

We are currently retained by leading Consulting/Advisory in market to look to Senior level candidates for Business/ Transaction Advisory role.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Job role shall primarily demand to assist Seniors on inbound and outbound investment strategies from the perspective of tax efficiency, FEMA, company law and other regulatory compliance's.

- Prepare and/or analyze cash flow forecasts and business plans.

- Review of legal documentation from commercial, tax, and regulatory perspectives.

Qualification :

- Should be a qualified CA.

Skills required :

1. Strong analytical ability.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. 4-5 years of experience in Business/ Transaction Advisory.
