Business Trainer/Functional Trainer - Housing Finance Firm (BFSI ONLY)

Looking to hire a highly competent Trainer with excellent communication skills and passion for training for our Client in Housing Finance based at Mumbai (Lower Parel).

- ONLY candidates with deep experience & understanding of Retail Financial Services across NBFCs, HFCs, Banks are requested to apply.

Purpose of Job :

Functional Trainer - The purpose of the job will be to impart regular training to teams across functions and locations to help in maximizing employee productivity across branches.

Key stakeholders :

External - Training Partner

Internal - Sales, Credit Operations, Human Resources

Essential Qualifications :

- Certification by a reputed Mortgage Institute

- Certification in Facilitation/ Train the trainer

- Bachelor's Degree

- CA/MBA (Preferred)

Essential Skills & Experience

- 8 - 12 years experience in Housing Finance Industry (Operations /Sales /Credit /Legal)

- 3 to 6 years experience in a part-time/ full-time facilitator role in Housing Finance Sector

- Deep experience & understanding of retail financial services across NBFCs, HFCs, Banks

- Experience in Content Development

- Passion for Training

- Strong Interpersonal, Facilitation & Presentation Skills

- Strong Communication Skills- Both Oral & Verbal

- Innovative Thinking to ensure participant engagement

- Proficient with MS word, excel and ppt required

- Should be a People person

Job Conditions :

Moderate Degree of Travel required for the role

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Train new and existing employees

- Facilitate training sessions with subject matter experts

- Facilitate training programs via classroom and virtual settings (i.e., WebEx/Skype) when applicable.

- Facilitate Training Evaluation in classroom

- Deliver training sessions in adherence to process manuals and rigid training schedules

- Provide monthly training reports to respective teams

- Assist Learning Partner and Learning Team in Content Development

- Ensure Updation of training content in line with new changes in processes & policy

- Ensure 100 % training coverage across branches
