Work Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timing - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Interview date - 5th Nov - 2017 (F2F)

Eligibility

Industry Experience

- 5-9 years of Business System Analyst experience in IT.

- Good understanding of life insurance concepts; preferably LOMA certified

- Good understanding of individual life insurance products

- Hands on working experience on life insurance systems and/or operations

- Hands on working experience on product setup and UAT is preferred

- Capable to resolve difficulties and/or issues independently

- Should have good exposure to Customer Communication

Mandate Skills:

Technical:

- Understanding of the database concepts

- Basic understanding of the implementation process

- Basic understanding of the insurance sales procedures and/or operation processes

- Strong MS Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skills

Others;

- Sound understanding of individual life insurance products and hands on working experience on life insurance systems

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Flexibility - Ability to accept change, agility

- Ability to prioritize requirements with Business stake holders

- Self starter - Taking initiative self leaner and finding opportunities

- Service delivery excel- Ability to deliver on assignments with agreed measures of time, scope and quality
