Business System Analyst - Financial Services Domain

JOB DESCRIPTION-

- Would act as the primary business resource in the software support and maintenance areas for Asset and Liability Management (ALM) software solutions in banking and financial marketplace. This includes Balance sheet analysis, asset and liability statistical analysis and forecasting.

- Needs to ensure complete, clear, and concise requirements are provided to fix and enhance the products, enabling the development team to implement software solutions to meet the clients- requirements.

- Would be working with Business Analysts, Software Development Engineers and Quality Assurance in addressing issues and testing the software to ensure that it is ready for use by the clients.

- Would need to have in-depth knowledge end to end accounting processing Knowledge of bookkeeping and balance sheet generation, analysis and hand-on experience and expertise of product development and delivery to tier-1 global banks for.

a. Product Management

b. Requirements Management

c. Conceptual Architecture Definition and Solution

d. Change / Defect Management which includes analysis, proposed solutions, query resolution, triage from UAT and production

e. Implementation to BU and Bank side which includes - release notes, configuration setup prescriptions

f. Release planning, scope documentation

g. Coordination with deployment team for system configuration

f. Prompt query resolution for bank UAT and production teams

i. Liaison with Quality Assurance team for Test Planning, test data identification and test cases review

j. Production migration, readiness preparation

k. UAT and Production support from functional aspect
