Strategy Lead - Gold Loans

The individual will work closely with Director Strategy in driving various strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance relating to Gold Loan Business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Director Strategy in driving various strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance in Gold Loan Business.

- Work with the leadership team of Gold Loan Business ondesignanddeploymentofbothshort-termandlong-termstrategicbusinessobjectives.

- Conduct Monthly Finance Review meetings with the Senior Management/Business .Leaders/Region teams and help Director Strategy crystalize and drive action agenda for GL business.

- Developing a deep understanding of the business, Cost drivers, and other functions of the organization to drive efficient growth.

- Be part of the planning cycles - annual, quarterly, monthly. Track plan vs actuals for various initiatives planned to meet the said goals.

- Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with a focus on governance & cost leakage.

- Board / Senior Management Communication - Prepare all Quarterly Financial Reports, Board meetings, and other reports needed for Senior Management.

- Project Managing key initiatives for GL business to drive cost savings, P&L management, Working capital

- Partner with different functions within the organization - sales, operations, human resources, product, technology, risk, compliance among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified.

- Bring external insights basic scan of macro-economic environment, benchmarking of competitive landscape and developments in the industry.
