Business Strategy Role - FinTech/PropTech - IIM/XLRI/ISB/SPJIMR/MDI/NMIMS

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Report directly to the Director

- Collaborate with City Heads, Cluster Heads & regional teams across multiple cities to develop and implement strategic initiatives

- Provide critical insights & recommendations for new business development, new products and solutions, and/or new market development

- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders

- Own and drive forward a select set of initiatives, managing stakeholders and ensuring project completion

- Measure progress against goals, be aware of gaps and the plans to bridge them and facilitate management discussions and decisions

- Lead, develop, implement, and track initiatives / projects, priorities, shared agenda, deliverables

- Plan and execute management meetings, committees, events, business engagements

- Supporting in all aspects of business management including workforce, financial and performance management

- Collect & analyze market data to build up reliable competitor, customer & industry profile that relates to our core industry segments

- Define and independently manage data collection and analysis

- Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to generate analysis

- Coordinate with Data Engineering team and Produce presentation, MIS, documents etc for internal use by senior management on a regular basis

- Demonstrated strategic and analytic leadership and strong broad business acumen Ability to demonstrate thought leadership both as an individual contributor and when working with others

- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

- Experience manipulating large datasets in database environments

- Exceptional oral, written and formal presentation skills

- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative insights from rigorous analysis

- Strong interest in working in a dynamic industry that incorporates cutting edge technology

- Good knowledge of the Fintech and PropTech industry is a plus

Job Requirements :

- Few months to an year of experience at a fast paced technology startup is a plus

- Experience in successfully implementing new strategies and up to and post execution stage

- Able to explain business strategies using data to quantify risks/rewards

- Previous experience with modeling and developing scenario analysis in Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work on broad strategic projects and day-to-day process-oriented tasks

- Follow-up with key stakeholders and quantify progress

- Flexibility and responsiveness in order to handle changing priorities and urgent requests from management

- Proven capability to operate independently and with the maturity to run with several significant business initiatives in parallel

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate with minimal guidance and identify priorities

- Detail and result oriented with ability to work within deadline

- Maintain discretion in dealing with highly confidential information

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint , Excel.

Qualification :

MBA from IIM / XLRI / ISB / SPJIMR / MDI / NMIMS
