Our Client is a top Conglomerate and this position is with it's a newly formed business group in Infrastructure Business within NBFC to be engaged in the business verticals of Infrastructure & Project linked Lending, Structured Finance, Project Debt Syndication & Debt Capital Markets, IDF & Private Equity in the infra space and other Project Advisory businesses including PE Syndication.

The Project & Structured Finance Division (PSFD) is a separate vertical to build a project & structured finance franchise within the group. The product portfolio includes corporate & project loans, bridge loans, structured finance transactions, cash flow gap financing, receivables, and investment monetization, big-ticket asset financing along with syndication, and other advisory services. PSFD will focus to serve mid-cap corporate across the country and be their financier and advisor of choice besides harnessing intra-group opportunities and synergies. This space is presently catered to by Banks, NBFIs, and institutions both at the central as well as state levels.
Job Purpose -
To assist the COO, as part of the think tank the COO's office in Business Reporting & monitoring for Our Client.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
Support the COO in Business Planning, Budgeting decision, and overall Relationship Management -
- Support in strategic decision-making for the COO, by providing analysis & deep insights into business functioning. Managing business relationships and communication for the COO, across the client line of business, Customers, distributors, consultants, media, etc planning & implement initiatives ranging across functional improvements, business transitions, and transformational change. Acting as a bridge for incorporating inputs of COO in Business Planning and reviews, Board meetings, etc. Working alongside functions/businesses for preparing business plans & presentations for Chairman review. Supporting COO Office in Scoping & detailing of P&B. Working alongside COO for compiling P&B as per inputs of stakeholders in Client Organisation.
Conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring Organizational wide projects especially, one's related to PSFG -
- Identifying the need to launch projects/contests in PSFG to drive key initiatives/targets. Part of the core The committee which launches employee contests, especially for achieving sales targets, investment performance, etc. Reporting to the COO on the updates of the project in a timely manner and implementing the suggestions of the COO to the project efficiently Providing constant updates to the COO on key project-related developments.
In charge of all the periodic (Monthly & Quarterly) communications from the COO's office -
To take inputs from the various functions and provide the COO with the draft of the Perspective, the Monthly Communication which goes from the COO s desk before the 7th of every month. To draft the Quarterly business update to the external parties with PSFG highlights as well as a view on the Quarter ahead Any Ad hoc communication needed from the COO s office to the client's external parties.
- Tracking the progress of key initiatives across businesses reporting to the COO analysing trends & MIS and building insights for decision-making in existing businesses reporting to the COO ensuring that all the relevant escalations happen to the COO in a timely manner Managing bandwidth & assisting in the prioritization of COO - Monitoring & Tracking key initiatives at PSFG
- Analysing trends & MIS for building insights in existing businesses reporting to COO Managing COO s bandwidth & prioritization Follow-up on key action points, plugging bottlenecks & expediting dependencies. Documentation for internal & external approvals. Organizing regular business & functional reviews as per static & fixed agenda; monthly, Quarterly Mid-year & Annual review of Function heads, etc
