Our client is an established, well-funded Consumer facing firm. They are innovating the landscape of the domain they are in and introducing many first time solutions for the Indian consumers. They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Head of Business Strategy for the organization (Mumbai).

This is an opportunity to define a very large and disruptive B2C brand which wants to have a national footprint in the next couple of years and with very ambitious growth plans.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Overall responsibility of project economics i.e., NPV maximization (not just cost) jointly with Operations Strategy.

- Driving Annual and project lifecycle Revenue NPV plan

- Vision/Direction setting, monitoring, and coordination across or within functions

- Policy setting/updating when gaps found in current policies

- Where functional gaps are observed, stepping in to fill the gap, build capability, and over time (3-6 months) hand back with enhanced capability to the functional team

- Strategic Alliances, Sales Strategy co-ordination, Pricing, Marketing co-ordination

The ideal fit would be a candidate with:

- An MBA from a Tier1 or 2 School

- 10-20 years of experience

- Have good experience as a Business Head / Strategy Head in Mid to Large sized Organizations with visible brands

- Have experience in Startups, Realty, FMCG, Automobiles, MNCs, Corporate Houses etc

- Exp in Managing scale

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
