- Business Strategic Analyst - Heavy Engineering (IIMS & Other Premier Institutes)

- Preparation and monitoring of the Annual operating plan.

- Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment

- Strategizing and provided business direction to ensure sustainability & growth in line with organizational objectives.

- Conducting commercial & operational feasibility study & Analysing projects considering availability of raw material, logistics, market & profitability.

- Conceptualized & implemented strategy to achieve business result with regular monitoring and MIS

- Use statistical methods to analyse data and generate useful business reports

- Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
