Business Security Operations Role - IT

- Administring Security Operations Center.

- Investigating Logs and Escalations of various security incidents by providing L1/L2 Support business processes, Manage new initiatives/opportunities that may involve coordination between Engineering, Provisoning, sales Engineering, Provisioning, sales etc.

- Interacts regularly with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Application Support.

- Generally assigned to Enterprise cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with high complexity and cross-system impacts.

- Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or develop the Telecom IT applications or systems, prepare detailed flow charts

- SDLC or SCRUM guidelines.
