Role Overview :

- As a Business / Revenue Head, you will be steering all the initiatives of our agency business. Your responsibilities will include identifying, inducting and leading a team of "A" players to expand our business and customer / vendor base and involve cross-cutting responsibilities such as strategy, marketing, research, advertising, business development, general management, product planning and management, constant interaction with all the relevant tech teams, and complete P&L responsibility. Your primary goal will be to build and execute a high-level, growth driven strategy to create (where it does not already exist) and manage market dominance for the agency and client business.

- As the Agency Lead & Business / Strategy Head, the role is both inward facing (smooth functioning of teams) and outward looking (maintain current client, vendor and creator relationships). He/she will be responsible for the development and leadership for client relationships and the profitability of the agency.

- He/she will be a serious, high-level, global brand solution & strategy, content production, marketing & alliances person, who is passionate about marketing in the connected world and has worked across industry categories and markets in the global space (we are NOT looking for someone to market to only India- we need someone to market globally). He/she will be responsible for every function of the agency: business development, client strategy and direction, creative, production, integrated media planning and buying, content strategy and execution, brand development and strategy initiatives, research and governance. He/she will have the ability to demonstrate excellent digital skills combined with knowledge of the latest marketing techniques.

- The Business/Strategy Head will report to the Chief Revenue Officer in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of winning new business as well as managing the integrated marketing mandate for some of the most recognized brands in the world. In addition, typically responsible for helping to build and grow awareness of the Agency Brand by acting as an outward facing thought leader.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading the business, team and agency-client relationship

- Build marketing & digital strategy for brand development, customer acquisition / engagement / retention & revenue growth for clients; build creative, content, automation and data driven operation for clients

- Model and implement integrated strategy for brand and performance marketing, go to market plans, consumer & competition insights / research, brand & ad communication, positioning and campaigns

- Develop strategic road-map for the client; innovator and influencer level communications

- Deliver a consistently superior creative, strategic and robust marketing programs for brand development and business performance

- Create integrated digital solutions across customer touch-points for clients and liaison with various digital vertical / channel experts (search, social, mobile, display / programmatic, affiliates, email, etc.)

- Responsible for success of content conceptualized, executed and deployed

- Integrating digital media solutions with overall media strategy and lead a team to fulfill client objective

- Identify new opportunities and pitch innovative ideas

- Leverage the media and marketing technology landscape to create a cutting-edge marketing portfolio and marketing automation road-map for the clients

- Proactive client servicing and team management. Setup digital governance, manage agency and client budgets with well-defined metrics and plan

- Thought leadership on digital media, marketing and automation by educating internal agency and external client teams at various points

- Meet revenue targets and drive incremental billing and revenue

- In-charge of all four divisions - i.e., client servicing, creator management, production, content deployment

- A creative problem solver, helping clients and teams to pre-empt, map, build the rights tools / techniques / processes and solve complex business problems
