Responsibilities:

Business Architecture & Platforms - Co develop with the delivery lead a solution and service model that will support stakeholder's business needs. Tracking business trends that could impact customer perception and service provision. Provide the ongoing governance, maintenance, change and release management services for the solution in your business domain

Partner & Relationship Management - Ensuring customers priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated. Ensuring conflicting stakeholder requirements are mediated appropriately. Handling stakeholders complaints and escalations well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.

Solution Playbook & Delivery Methodology - Understand demand shaping and how to engage with the stakeholder in the decision-making cycle. Be able to communicate and create standard deliverables against the delivery methodology. Understand how governance process and structures are used to deliver solution and support service operations. Distinguish between tactical and strategic delivery and be able to effectively communicate to stakeholders against their business plans

Stakeholder Adoption & Continuous Improvement - Deploy empathy to customer needs. Identify potential win-win opportunities for customer and own organization. Establish realistic expectations to support development of mutual trust. Monitor ongoing commitments to ensure fulfilment. Communicate both good and bad news to avoid surprises
