Business/Regional Sales Head - Training/HR Solutions (6-9 yrs)
Business/Sales Head - Technology/HR Solutions/IT/Telecom - IIM/MDI/ISB
Required by a very reputed and established brand in the eLearning/EdTech sector Business/Sales Heads to manage the entire P/L & operations of the assigned locations/branches. End to end management and accountability of the territory with the help of local sales and operations team.
- Manage the end to end Revenue for the assigned locations
- Drive the team to ensure meeting targets.
- Responsible for managing operations and ensuring high quality of customer experience.
- Building long term Sales Channels thru corporate / travel agents.
- Responsible for meeting the delivery targets and identifying new avenues.
- Build a highly engaged and energetic team
- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies.
- Driving sales growth and manage the entire end to end operations
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills and ability to handle difficult situations on the ground
- Proven Sales Leader with clear focus to drive daily numbers
- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key resources
- Ability to get things done and influence others
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Analytical Skills
- MBA from IIMs/ISB/Tier 1 college only with proven experience in FMCG /Telecom sector with focus on outcome/targets.
