Key deliverables:
- Analyse existing service delivery operations to identify areas of improvement/ development
- Make presentations to the leadership team explaining the opportunity, the possible solution and the resource/ support requirement
- Set up project teams and project plans
- Drive transformation project execution by action as the overall project manager for transformation projects using, where appropriate lean and 6 sigma methodologies
- Lead vendor search and evaluation, as part of the transformation projects
- Helping in data sampling and basic data analysis
- Lead process mapping and process improvement exercises as a trainer and mentor
- Assisting leaders in improving the quality of documentation through reviewing and suggesting improvements
Qualifications:
MBA from a grade A/ B+ institute (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, MDI, Bajaj, NMIMS, SP Jain etc
Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint is essential - ability to do basic macros and some programming using excel is a desirable
- 5 years experience in an India retail bank or NBFC, preferably in a process improvement role
- Proven track record in participating in large process improve/ transformational projects with proven contribution
- Working knowledge of Lean and 6 sigma
- Experience in process mapping
- Excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint
