Business Process Reengineering Role - Bank (8-14 yrs)
Hiring for one of the leading Indian bank.
- The incumbent will be responsible for Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for customer facing process to reduce TAT & internal process to simplify & enhance efficiency balancing operation risk.
- Review of assets & sales processes assigned for simplification and automation.
- Drive identified Improvement Projects with a target to create an impact on the Service Delivery, Business Improvement, Cost Reduction & Sales force effectiveness.
- Execute Benchmarking study, Process and service training.
- Own & drive business requirement for automation & digitization.
- Coordination with other support teams to extend required support to ensure end customer satisfaction.
Graduate / Post Graduate preferably MBA.
Banking Process certifications will be preferred.
