Business Process Re-engineering Role - Bank

Job Role & Descriptions :

- The Incumbent will be responsible for end to end process review for Retail loans & identification of gaps, building necessary control and efficiencies with necessary improvement in the processes.

Key componentsof the job :

- End to end understanding of Retail Banking Loan Processes & Systems

- To evaluate / design /execute and monitor business processes

- Deep dive and Identification of process gaps, system issues

- Proposing Corrective action plans, re-design and establishment of Key Risk Indicators, utilizing a variety of management metrics and tools

- Discussions and co-ordinations with various departments and stakeholders & follow ups for closure of actionable.

- Identification of areas for process improvement enabling customer delight

- End to end Presentation on a Process covering scope of work, challenges, resolutions with timelines to the Senior Management

- Providing support to Risk and control management in implementation of quality and effective suitable internal control mechanism

- The incumbent will work on various process improvement projects along with teams such as BDTS, Policy, Risk, and Operations & Business.
