What you will do - Create scalable data collection and reporting mechanisms for the pricing function within the company. - Dashboarding and creation of actionable reports for the pricing function - Provide data-backed insights to improve team performance - Drive automation of processes within and across the function - Act as a partner to the business/pricing team - set up a state of the art pricing engine - Suggest and execute continuous process improvement - Work with the senior leadership team to make processes sustainable for 10X scale Who we are looking for : - Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college - Min 3-5 years of experience as an analyst in a fast-moving environment - Experience in an early stage of a tech startup is a huge plus - Excel savant, proficiency in Python/R and dashboarding tools like Tableau a big plus
