Business Planning Manager

- He /She should have at least 4 + years of experience in Business Planning post-MBA Finance

- Ability to put together business plans, proposals, strong analytical skills

- Ability to push internal team into gathering data

- Ability to read data & interpret intelligently & strong communication & presentation skills to put the story together

- Manager Business Planning shall have to work in close coordination with Group CFO

- Developing business presentations with analysis and enabling decision-making

- Provide Strategic advice to leader on business analytics and performance tracking to ensure compliance with corporate policy as required

- Created dashboards in Excel and Powerpoint which helps in Analyzing and predicting future outcomes based on historical patterns.

Education

- Post Graduate or MBA Finance from a premium business schools

- FMCG/Consumer Durable experience mandatory
