Business Planner - CEO Office - Healthcare

- Must be an IIT Graduate with 2-4 years of experience.

- Should have a strong flair for numbers, working knowledge about reporting practices / methodologies and an analytical bent of mind.

- Highly proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ERP tools.

- Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts / projections, margin analysis etc.

- Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment.

- Should have the capability to handle ambiguity.

- Should have Project management Skills of key strategic initiatives.

- The incumbent will Lead annual and quarterly business planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned.

- Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the management.
