Our client is a Fast growing market leader in Electrical Products.

- The group has multiple Business divisions ably managed by members of the family & supported by seasoned Business professionals ;

- The Business is a 1000+ crores with a Target to attain 2500+ Crores in 5 years, the products are mass distributed and targeted at Real estate /Construction companies.

Job Description / The Role -

Business Head / P & L Head of a rapidly growing Business division responsible for P&L, Driving revenue turnover aggressively, delivering EBIT, Managing working capital, inventory management and Receivables management

The Candidate Details -

A) Experience

i. Around 45 years

ii. Engineer + MBA preferred

iii. P & L Head of Rs 1000+ Crores Nationally for at least 3 years

iv. Channel Sales & Distribution management, Projects

v. Working in a Systems driven / Process oriented MNC and an owner / Promoter run organization

B) Competence / Skills -

i) Assertive / Go getter / Self Motivator / Result Oriented

ii) Out of the box / Independent thinker - Strong implementer

iii) Systems / Process orientation, Eye for details, Analytical, numbers savvy

iv) EQ / Strong People Skills

Work Experience: 20 to 30 Years
