Business Performance Manager - Mfg - IIM (4-10 yrs)

Business Unit: Performance & Planning
Reporting to: Director, Performance & Planning
- Works with business units for achieving their Top Line and Bottom Line and all financial targets across different verticals
- Provides support & guidance to Business Heads to position the business in the right profit zones
- Leads transformation initiatives to turnaround businesses
- Looks at potential downstream value play opportunities to build sustainability in the business
- Builds teams for new business initiatives across the sectors
- Devises the monthly performance monitoring reports and ensures that, there is complete alignment between management and functional managers
- Strong Business Acumen and Orientation preferably in a manufacturing and Distribution set up
Educational Background: Engineering background with management Experience (IIMs preferred)
