Job Description :

- Contribute to continuous development, standardization and optimization of C&B through knowledge sharing of best practices, relevant trends

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Middle East, India & Africa.

- Support businesses in Middle East, India & Africa, and lead business managers in the activity of linking C&B to the success and strength of the organization.

- Be the guardian of C&B principles and promote sound practices and decision making in the region

- Contribute to continuous development, standardization and optimization of C&B through knowledge sharing of best practices, relevant trends

As (HR) People & Organization Partner :

- Policies and Employee relations: Build management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that enables effective employee relations.

- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives partnering with business to reinforce the purpose, values and culture of

- Performance & Development: Building manager capability in empowering accountable for results and recognize, differentiate, appropriately reward talent.

- Rich experience (above 8 years) in C&B policy and practice.

- Experience of cross border working in India, Middle East and Africa

- Proactive and accountable mindset to support business

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work well with people at all levels independently

- Demonstrable capability of working in a multi-cultural, matrix-structured global organization
