Business Partner - Risk & Control - Big4 - CA/CPA/ACCA (10-15 yrs)
Qualified CA
- At least 10 years of experience in auditing (big4), risk management, internal control and advisory
- Strong experience in similar environments (matrix organization with shared service center) Previous track record in highly strategic transformation programs is a plus
- Strong affinity with Digital (RPA- s, Data analytics, SAP ERP, Cloud Solutions)
- Drive risk assessments on critical business processes & IT applications and help implementing efficient mitigating controls across GbS service units and locations
- Previous track record in designing, implementing and improving processes is a plus Facilitation and challenging skills deployable at various levels in the organization
- Action-oriented and able to operate in ambiguous environments with minimal direction around new areas of work
- Ability to lead, drive and implement initiatives independently in full cycle
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work across multiple functions and cultures
- Hands-on. Critical thinker. Problem solving skills.
- Relevant university education (i.e. CPA, ACCA) or equivalent
- Information Systems qualification (i.e. CISA) is a plus
- Lean/Six-Sigma certified or similar is a plus
- Knowledge and background of RM & IC frameworks (i.e. ISO, COSO)
