Identify, recommend the right technology solution by evaluation of requirements in line with IT road map to meet business requirements - Conduct requirement gathering session, by having discussions with business/ business process expert - Provide proactive data insights to business to make them aware of risks and impact pertaining to the requirements functions to ensure feasible solution is arrived at - Document the proposed solution on requirements to provide clarity on approach, assumptions taken to arrive at a particular solution for future reference - Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards 2. Identify cross functional solutions which would add synergy to harmonize IT solutions across functions - Review solutions across functions - Identify opportunities to harmonize - Adopt best practices - Reduce total cost of ownership 3. Design, recommend and monitor implementation of specific projects like improving forecast for the business within timelines and budget - Perform regular technical/ business issue resolutions from vendor or business side for smooth implementation during deployment phase - Document the implementation solution and issue logs to capture detailed functional specifications - Conduct user acceptance tests to ensure every business expectations related to the use of the solution is met by the user Oversee launch of new projects starting from requirement gathering to go live and ensure smooth and positive transition of the solution back to the business function 4. Provide business as usual support by de-bottlenecking issues related to business applications as per SLA &amp; budget to enhance user experience - Act as a single point of contact for all technology related issues for business applications for a particular function by communicating expected time of resolution - Resolve transactional issues and iterations raised by business users and identify business/ technology solutions for fixing them 5. Liaise with all in internal stakeholders like functions, including business units, information technology department, and external vendors to ensure right solutions are implemented in company - Communicate and align business units, internal IT team and vendors on opportunities and risks - Initiate periodic reviews with business representatives on prioritising the projects 6. Manage vendors by day to day interactions and providing necessary support from the company. - 's side for timely completion of projects and solutions - Conduct regularly performance reviews with the vendor to prioritize the project pipeline - Provide inputs to the business partner lead on vendor performance to optimize cost and project timelines
