- Understand the company business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of priorities of the People Strategy with these.
- Partner proactively with leaders on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context but also in preparing for future challenges and growth.
- Feedback and support in successful implementation of People Operations activities across employee life cycle - on boarding, performance management, competency mapping and career progression, business travel and expense management, and employee grievances resolution.
- Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics.
- Be the cultural ambassador for the teams, and support in culture fit interviews during talent acquisition as well.
- Work with Talent Development team for charting out training and development program for the business unit(s).
- Experience of managing at least 150-employee business units in a Business Partner role.
