Title: Business Operations & Strategy Manager

What you'll do:

You will be one of the initial members of the business operations team.

You'll work with each functional area to solve problems and ensure the business is firing on all cylinders. You will be leading a team of analysts from IIMs to run multiple projects across Product, Marketing, Sales ops and Strategy. Over a period of time, you are expected to serve as a thought partner to senior management on variety of areas. Over a period of time, this role will pave way for entry into any of the fields one desires to be a part of: Sales, Product, Marketing, Strategy.

While this is intended to be a managerial role, we are a startup and everyone is expected to get there hands dirty working with data, customers, and the product to ensure the success of the enterprise. On some days, you could be guiding the founders on which markets to enter while on another, you could be QCing the data in our systems.

This is an entrepreneurial role, where you will be expected to find problems yourself and figure out how to solve them. In the process, you will learn a lot about how to effectively operate a technology product-oriented business.

This role reports to the Business Operations lead in India and will work closely with the co-founder and the leadership team.

Some of the current problems this team is working on - 

1. Improving the sales forecasting

2. Automating sales processes to improve time sales people spend on the field

3. Define key success metrics for product usage

4. Building intelligence around product usage

5. Improving conversion rates across sales funnel to increase close rate

Your experience and skills:

- MBA from top tier program strongly preferred.

- 2-4 years of Strategic Consulting work experience strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel skills required, SQL preferable)

- Great writing and communication skills (English)

- Humility (this is one of our core values, check your ego at the door)

- Willingness to get your hands dirty (this role runs the gamut and you will be working on everything and anything to improve the business)
