Business Operations Role - Events & Wedding Decor (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a candidate to join the decor category. The candidate will be responsible for the B2C front of the category, from first call to information collection to client conversion to service booking and delivery. We have a preference for the folks who are already from a decor industry and can help us scale this category.
Responsibilities:
- Being a single point of contact for all the customers for their wedding decor selection process.
- Understand the customer's needs in terms of design choice, budget and location to show our prefixed themes to the clients.
- Coordinate with the execution partner for service delivery.
- Record keeping for all the clients.
- Venue visits for delivery audits.
- Customer experience management for the client.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2C sales.
- Experience working with decor companies will be must.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- Energetic and self-starter, agile and flexible.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Comfortable traveling to any region across the city extensively
