Business Operations Role - Analytics - KPO (6-10 yrs)

The Role:

Business Operations under Corporate Functions and is engaged in an ongoing program to support Industry, Function and Technology Practices, by way of improving efficiencies, saving cost, and bringing innovation to clients faster. DI team member is part of the team that provides operations support to Industry and Practice leadership. He/she will be responsible for delivering analytics and program management services.

The Business Operations Associate Manager will be responsible to deliver operations support to one of the Markets/ Services. S/he will propose and execute a cost-effective way to deliver that support through a combination of state-of-the-art business intelligence tools/ technologies and a team of highly motivated individuals. The key responsibility would involve Business Analytics, project planning, tracking the deliverables, escalation of issues on time to the right stakeholders, identifying risks upfront and highlighting to leads with proposed solutions. The projects may be small/big and may be in different locations.

The person is required to focus on stakeholders and track deliverables while coordinating with respective parties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a business partner to industry and practice leads, by providing data-driven insights using state of the art analytics and data visualization tools and help run strategic market development initiatives

- Manage leadership reviews of sales results, provide business intelligence driven insights to sales leadership

- Provide analysis for programs that include pipeline improvement initiatives, win/loss, account planning and campaign management

- Provide operations support and reporting to leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements

- Support leadership with business planning tasks such as budgeting and forecasting for Sales and Pipeline, Revenue, CCI, Headcount Planning, Business Development, in close collaboration with Finance and HR teams

- Provide decision support for leadership through diagnosis of business results (Pipeline, Win Rates, Sales/Rev/CCI). Identify and investigate deviations and help develop remediation actions

- Combine strong understanding of Accenture products with business acumen so as to produce insightful analysis

- Identify areas of innovation in business analysis and remain state of the art using latest analytical tools and visualization techniques/ methods to provide insights to business

- Maintain knowledge of Accenture's business and proactively integrate changes into projects

- Responsible for data accuracy, timeliness, and overall work set up and execute QA process and peer reviews.

- Juggle multiple requests, prioritize according to business stakeholder needs and requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

- BE degree (or equivalent) required, MBA preferred

- 7 - 10 years of post-education experience, with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
