Purpose:

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking business operations manager to join our team! In this position, you will take a lead in forecasting, planning, and controlling the day-to-day operations of our business which include functions such as supply chain, logistics, product planning, customer service and support, brand planning and strategy, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Work and develop relations with suppliers for the organization

- Quality checks for the operations and the products

- Create SOPs for the business functions and monitor the adherence parameters

- Analyse the business performance across the various functions

- Ensure adequate stocks and supply chains are intact across the areas of operations

- Manage the logistics for the product life cycle

- Work closely with customers for their product requirements and maintain excellent relations

- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety norms

- Consistently review products delivered to ensure KPIs are met and take up any shortcomings with suppliers

- Monitor the finance functions while working with the CFO of the organization

Ideal Candidate :

- Our ideal candidate will be between 27-35 years old

- Hustler and ambitious to get work done

- Problem solver with amazing zeal to work and make the whole product delivery amazing

- A candidate who speaks well and communicates well.
