- Prepare strategic plans for order management improvements
- Fix the targets of performance for the Merchandising Managers.
- Monitor the order status regularly to ensure that the order management is handled as per the standards of order satisfaction till it is handed over to production planning
- Ensure that the sampling department is developing samples within the time schedules given by the buyer
- Review the pricing of the order based on applicable costs and coordinate with the buyer for pricing decisions
- Review the performance of the merchandisers against the performance indicators
- To monitor T&A chart for Effective implementation of buyer requirements.
- To maintain order status and planning targets on each Buyers.
