- The role would be responsible for the operations of a branch. The branch operations require the person to bring together almost all elements of running a small organisation - people, process, market development, P&L management etc.

- The role involves the Person to formulate an operational & market strategy to improve value for the key stakeholders of our businesses holistically. The position also requires the incumbent to build, enhance and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to develop the growth capital for The Company.

- The Person must thoroughly assess and examine the development and execution of the market strategy through leading and working with a team driven to complement the outlined core values, corporate strategy and the firm's long-term vision
