Public Safety (Police/ Borders/ Justice)

Role :

- The Capability Network (CN) Non-Executive role will primarily engage on delivery across global Public Safety programs.

- The Non-Executive will also support Public Service executives across Sales, BD, Thought Leadership Development, in addition to Delivery

- The Non-Executive will also support practice operations such as demand generation, recruitment etc.

- The Non-Executive will support Public Service Executives to develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Accenture Public Services Industry and Offering Leads globally to generate demand and meet recoverability targets

- The Non-Executive will help our Public Service client teams in proposals and business development activities and enabling them to increase their revenues and sales

Skills and Experience :

- The Right candidate must have an MBA from a Tier 1 MBA institute and or a comparable Masters in Public Administration

- The Right candidate must have very good global understanding and exposure to Public Safety industry, especially in Europe/ ANZ/ ASEAN/ ME (at least one of these geos mandatory)

- The Right candidate must have delivery experience in either Policing or Border management programs and exposure with the following sub-capabilities:

Police Business Service :

- Investigation Management

- Police Operations

- Intelligence

- Police Event management

- Inter-agency interactions

- Corrections & Rehabilitation

Border & Identity Management :

- Immigration & Visa Services

- Immigration Case Management

Automated Border Clearance (eGates)

- The Right candidate must have at least 6 years of exposure to Management consulting in the Public Services Domain with at least 2 years in Public Safety domain

- The Right candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge and fluency in any one or more European Language (especially French/ German/ Spanish/ Dutch) is highly desirable though not mandatory.
