Business Mgr - Customer Analytics/SaaS (10-15 yrs)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for revenue and customer acquisition from a direct-to-customer sales model for ARC Loyalty247
- Set up and manage the outbound telesales operation for the product
- Set up and manage the product’s web presence and web self service
- Set up and manage affiliate and partner marketing programs and marketplace presence
- Work with solutions engineering and professional services for provisioning and deploying the customer instances of the product
- Coordinating with the product teams and marketing team to identify and execute demand generation activities like mailing campaigns, webinars, events, advertisements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, 10+ years of experience, with experience in Saas and direct-to-customer sales and marketing processes
- Strong business leadership experience in managing sales, marketing and account management functions in IT Services or IT products environment
- Experience in handling inside-sales teams and business development teams and driving lead generation through various channels
- Experience in selling into the CMO organization
- Understanding of sales and marketing motions in analytics, enterprise IT or consumer mobility technologies will an added advantage
- Retail industry knowledge will be highly desirable
- Willingness to overlap with US-hours.
