Strategic Initiatives :
- Drives development and review of key initiatives across the Global Services Delivery organization
- Acts as a point of contact between GSD and other stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.
- Lead strategic and business planning process for GSD.
Analysis :
- Tracks strategic competitive intelligence, industry benchmarking and market assessment to draw implications for the business and functions in the short and long term.
Business Management :
- Plans and directs operational, leadership and administrative activities for the GSD.
- Performs executive program management including monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones
- Drives GSD governance (weekly leadership meetings, MBRs, submissions to senior forums, etc.)
- Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the GSD leader to facilitate efficient decision-making
- Monitors and improve metrics and processes to measure the effectiveness of operations and technology teams and key initiatives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include:
- MBA from a tier-1 institute with at least ~10-12 years of post MBA experience with proven ability to work with C-suite executives in a global capacity.
- Candidates from the strategy teams of large GICs or shared services practices of the consulting firms.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity in it.
- Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive timelines.
- Experience working in a heavily matrixed, complex corporate environment, including building, strengthening, influencing relationships and on a wide range of confidential issues.
- Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills, including developing coherent and concise emails and presentations.
- Strategic analytical capabilities and strong business and financial acumen.
