Business Manager - Staffing Services (10-14 yrs)

The role of a Business Manager for our Staffing division is broad. Some of the responsibilities are outlined below:

- Represent the Company for all matters regarding Staffing.

- Establish Falcon as a preferred Staffing partner for corporations.

- Grow the Staffing business: Associate Headcount, Revenue and P&L.

- Formulate and implement business development strategies.

- Pre qualification management and submission of tenders, bids, proposals including presentations.

- Contract management including negotiation and deal closures.

- Maintain market intelligence and competition awareness.

- Operational oversight and supervision over solution delivery and compliance.

The targeted Candidate profile is summarised as:

- Professional experience: A minimum of 5 years in the Staffing industry with at least 2+ years managerial-level experience (relevant to this role) with proven track record in business development and execution/operations in Staffing solutions for the Indian market. Experience of working with large staffing firms is a big plus.

- Personal traits: Self-starter; results oriented; articulate; ability to maintain CXO or decision level contacts and networking; persuasive.

Qualification : Graduate + MBA.
