Business Manager - Sales - Retail/eCommerce (3-8 yrs)

Responsible for Revenue (Sales) and Experience Delivery for E-com Partners.

Responsible for topline (revenue) through e-com Partners.

Key Deliverables : 

1) Topline Delivery :

Revenue delivery as per business plan through : 

a. Relationship Management with key partners

b. Merchandise management

c. Commercial accountability for outstanding and corresponding debits/credits

2) Efficient PO Management

- Managing Purchase Orders and making sure fulfillment of POs on time.

- Managing CFAs and marketplaces warehouses alignment.

3) Performance Marketing on Marketplaces

4) Managing events end to end

5) Creating Listings and Content on marketplaces for new launches and existing revisions

6) Support - Working with our internal teams and vendors to provide our partners with necessary content (images, logo, etc) to enable sale

- 3-4 years Work Experience in the field of Retail, Marketing, Ecommerce

- Good associate handling skill; E-commerce experience is a bonus

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders ( internal and external ) drive towards the objective with complete alignment

- Candidates with MBA will be preferred

- Ability to hustle and exceptional execution speed

- Hardworking, Positive, can-do attitude. Can handle stretch goals with ease.
