Business Manager - Sales - Housing Finance

Company : A Leading Housing Finance Company

Position : Business Manager

Location : Chennai & Tamilnadu

Qualification : PG / MBA

Responsibilities :

- Capable of driving sales initiatives independently and Developing the channel partners within the clusters

- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Housing Finance Business across Region

- Establish a system for sourcing of business that fits into the credit lending philosophy of the company

- Monitoring productivity of the downlines and ensuring that they meet the productivity norms on a month on month basis

- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region

- Supporting collections team in bringing down the delinquency levels and by reaching out to customers directly

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner

Requirements:

- An Experience of around 5 to 7 years

- Good understanding of the Housing Finance markets and the financial products

- Exposure in an NBFC / BFSI

Skills :

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook & Visio

- Strong Analytical and Organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
