Job Profile
- Role will be responsible for general trade sales for Mumbai (inclusive of Thane and Raigarh).
- To direct the sales team and establish sales targets Brand Wise / Pack Wise as per the plan.
- To establish coverage, distribution and display objectives in line with the business plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets.
- Analyze Stock Movement based on the secondary sales and have a complete control on inventory.
- Have a clear focus on traditional channels to build distribution, visibility and volumes.
- The position has the administrative responsibility of running the CFA in his territory in co-ordination with logistic and regional accounts manager.
Candidate Profile :
- Years of experience: 15 - 22 years.
- Incumbent must have good exposure to handing P/L, understanding profit sharing calculation and preparation of feasibility studies.
- Candidate must be aware of the retail associations and should have exposure to trade promotions.
- Must have strong general trade sales exposure in the foods and beverages or FMCG sector.
- Strong sales experience in the Mumbai market.
- Good team management skills.
- Ability to handle a large T/O.
