Liaise with property owners and developers to get right-sized stores at the right locations 3. Identify and fulfill regulatory requirements for store launch 4. Develop and templatize store design concepts that can be rolled out rapidly and cost-effectively 5. Put in place operating teams at store level, and later, at regional level 6. Train, motivate and empower sales staff at retail locations to deliver a memorable customer experience 7. Work on and execute plans for SSSG 8. Maintain excellent working relationships with rental partners
