Export Business: Driving export business for SAARC & Middle East Region with top line and bottom line accountability
Strategic Planning : Devising & implementing strategies for increasing channel profitability by augmenting revenue from specialty products
New Product Development/ Launch : Building plans for new product development, packaging development & launch
GTM Strategy :
- Establishing go-to-market strategy for all new products launched in the market and conceptualizing BTL activities and product launch plans
Distribution Management : Facilitating distribution progress in Retail / Food Service channel in export market, appointing new distributors, establishing system & process and standardizing them as per business requirement
Business Review : Participating in periodic business review meetings with all key customers across all channels
Market Analysis :
- Ascertaining market potential, market mapping, building brand awareness, implementing customer specific plans and strategic selling programs
New Business Opportunities : Identifying, exploring & tapping opportunities for Private Label business in Asia
Product Pricing : Checking all pricing decisions for replacement market business based on competition benchmarking
- Demand Planning : Engaging with demand planner for forecasting accuracy & coordinating with plant for timely production of export SKUs
Export Documentation :
- Delivering back-end support for export documentation (pricing approvals, timely execution of orders and coordinating the payments)
Exhibitions : Participating in food exhibitions for business development
Channel Plans :
- Planning & executing channel activities: understanding competitor product portfolio, market trend and customer segment in the market
Learning & Development :
- Identifying specific product training for distributors, arranging training programs to improve learning curve towards product presentation & increased sales.
Contract Management :
- Negotiating & finalizing freight contracts with shipping lines, appointment and coordination with Custom House Agent for both export & import clearances of all consignments
