Business Manager - P&L - Agri - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/SIBM/SP Jain (15-18 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic person with entrepreneurial mind-set to lead the Business, the brief description of the role and specification are as motioned below :
The Individual would be.
- Handling the P&L of the Business independently
- Responsible for formulating complete strategy of the Business - sales funnel, operations matrix, supply chain efficiency, sourcing modeling
- Managing the entire Sales and Operations team situated across the country
- Strong networking skills
- Responsible for the Business planning activity
- Having strong commercial understanding and financial acumen
- Self-Driven and can motivate and take the team along
- Able to work closely with Top Management
- Ability to navigate through multiple stake holders, to partner in larger Business Decision Making
- It would be a big add-on if the individual has already worked on similar Wheat/Wheat derivatives products space.
- Education Qualification: MBA - Preferably Agri Business Management from a Premier college with 15+ years of experience
- Compensation Bracket: As per industry standards
