Job Description :
1. Responsible for the Online MF platform of the Bank
- Make it a platform of choice for customers because of ease of transacting, availability of information about investment opportunities, easy view of customer's portfolio, self-help goal planning capability, etc.
2. Run the channel as an independent profit center without involvement of any other channel like branches
- Onboard customers digitally
- Provide key information for customers to invest on DIY mode
- Review dynamics of the channel to continuously increase customer onboarding and transaction
3. Responsible for marketing and promotions on online media, social networks, etc
4. Challenge existing work flows/processes and continuously make improvements
5. Responsible for compliance to regulations, internal policies and procedures
6. Add more products and services to continuously enhance the customer offering
