Hiring Business Manager for a Leading Media Company in Mumbai
Position: Business Associate (Reporting to COO)
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification - (3+ yrs Experience in production house If possible / Can have Business management studies / MBA) Project managers/production manager with high organisational skills
Responsibilities
- Will oversee all projects and films under the guidance of the COO. Will work with all teams including production, marketing, PR, Creative, etc. to ensure that the films and its timeline are met seamlessly on behalf of the COO and the business.
- Following guidance of COO on Implementing business strategy for business growth and transformation projects.
- Build tracking mechanisms for all projects and initiatives with actionable items.
- Prepare informative Reports for decision making for the film's division.
- Preparation of executive summaries of meeting
- Analyzing competition and market trends and working with COO on strategy on films
- Gathering market intelligence of the movies business
- Developing targets and growth plans for the organization.
- Benchmarking organizational processes with the best practices.
- Providing strategic inputs to COO
