About the Role :

Mandate things:

- Any interests rates(example: Libor, SOFR, Sonia, IBOR) is mandate

- Data migration of interests rates is mandate

- Data transition experience is mandate

- Loan operations experience is mandate.

Experience: 13 Years to 18 Years

CTC: 17 Lakhs to 30 lakhs

- This role involves extensive research and resolving discrepancies. Ensure corrective action on exceptions and problems are identified and required data is input and proper procedures are followed. Respond to escalated inquiries, which requires special handling and, that may have been forwarded by first level reviewer or senior business leaders.

- May include evaluating automation results and manually keying information from documents into data systems. Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies. Prepare correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation. May participate in special projects as needed

- The Business Services team across locations also provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams will also perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), and PVSI & Community banking.

Responsibilities :

- Reporting locally to the Business Support Team Manager at WFEGS Bengaluru India, this position is responsible for examining and analysing documentation and data of unusual, complex and/or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company systems.

- Researches and resolves discrepancies. Ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems are identified and required data is input and proper procedures are followed.

- Responds to escalated inquiries, which requires special handling and, that may have been forwarded by first level reviewer or senior business leaders.

- Assists in developing training materials, performance standards, evaluates group's performance, and trains/coaches staff. Provides work direction to lower level staff

Essential Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of related experience in one or a combination of the following: Graduate/MBA preferred in Finance with professional industry certifications in risk/ commercial contract certifications will have an advantage

- US banking environment (preferably in areas such as derivatives or lending with exposure to contracting), data/document analytical activities, business operations, or contract reviews

- Relevant experience in Corporate Actions/Settlements/Pre matching & sound Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle

- Experiences should include familiarity with Risk frameworks and practices in the Financial Services industry as well as operational delivery experience

- Preferably completed NCFM / Capital Markets certifications

- FINRA - Series 7 or 99 certifications

- Working knowledge of Broadridge systems including Impact and BPS, GCAS, Ascendis, Bloomberg

- Working knowledge of Intellimatch Reconciliation tool.

- Experience in US Domestic markets (DTC)/International markets
